Baby Dylan - 62 wks (14 mths) old today

W e are still waiting on results from Dylan's blood work done earlier this week. Hopefully, all will go well.
Dylan's newly learned skills such as walking, running and climbing is making him much more adventurous than ever. We never know what he is up to. He now lifts the toilet seat cover up and throws objects in the bowl. GROSS! lol, he is such a little boy. Hopefully that game will get old soon. Until then we have to keep the bathroom doors closed at all times. No telling what he will come up with next!

Happy Birthday Sheree'

Happy Birthday to my lovely wife and mother of my son. I think if I had a cake for her today, she would be just as excited to blow out her candles. This is a flashback to when she was 2 years old.
With Love,
Matt & Dylan
Baby Dylan - 61 wks (14 mths) old today

Every since Dylan was in the hospital he has learned several new words and phrases. He now says, "sit down" a lot, like ALL the time and sits to show us how to sit. In the hospital he wanted to be in the big bed(instead of the crib) so occasionally he would stand up in it and in perfect unison; Matt and I would say, "Sit Down"! He definitely caught on to it. The nurses also brought us a wagon in the hospital, we would take Dylan for rides on that floor. Every time we would go for a wagon ride, Matt would tell Dylan,"Ride", and he eventually started pointing to the wagon telling us, "Ride" sometimes following it with,"MAMA,DADA". For his birthday; Dylan's cousin Kate gave him a wagon with blocks in it. He would normally sit by it and throw all the blocks out, and then put them back in, never moving the wagon. Well, now that he knows what a wagon is, things have changed. As soon as we got home, the first thing he did was take all the blocks out (as usual) then he put Elmo and Mickey Mouse in it and pushed them around our house. Yes, pushed, not pulled. He doesn't like to pull it behind him, he can't see his little buddies. So he will position the handle so he can push it like a stroller. It's so cute!!!

Our 4 day, 3 night stay in the St. Christus..sounds like an Island getaway!

Dylan was admitted to a hospital by his pediatrician this past Friday. On Tuesday he starting running a fever that was as high as 106. From Thursday's blood work results, he was showing signs of severe dehydration as well as several other issues that needed to be addressed. Anyways, we are home now and things are finally settling down. We go back to the doctor in 7 days for a follow-up! Please keep him in your prayers.
