Site Online Again

Our website has been brought back online. The machine moved from the apartment to the house over the weekend and took a little time to move ISP information. We are also in the process of unpacking everything and will start putting pictures online of our progress when we have time.

Cajun's Come to Town

My parents came to town this weekend to visit Sheree' and I and to see our new home. They were all so close when all of a sudden their truck broke down. We had it towed to a transmission shop on Saturday and will hear something on Monday about what is wrong with it. We are counting down the days before our movers arrive on Wednesday to unload the truck.

Is it Hot Enough

On the way home from work today, I took a picture of my temperature gauge on my rear view mirror. The picture says enough. We should be posting some more pictures tonight of our house. I think we are off to eat and then to shop for some furniture.

House Update

Since Monday, we have had painters adding color to our rooms in our house, mostly in the common areas. They expect to be completed by Thursday afternoon. Our cable and internet are also being installed this week. On Saturday we should be getting our blinds installed and possibly our security system. Next week on Wed-Thu-Fri, we will have the movers bringing our stuff to our home, finally. We are fixing to have a whole lot of fun unboxing (it'll be like opening Christmas gifts.)

We plan to pass by the house today to check on the status of the painting and should have some pictures later this evening on the site.
