Here is a train cake that Sheree' made over the Christmas Holidays. Trust me, she had some help on this one (thanks Ms. Linda)! The cake was made from a molded baking pan that my mother gave Sheree' as a Christmas gift (thanks mom). Here is the Railway Cake Pan:
